ROADSIDE SHRINE FOR BIODIVERSITY

The Roadside Shrine for Biodiversity is a collaboration between artist Susan Hagen and designer Aaron Goldblatt. The Shrine will provide a place of reflection and quiet to focus on the animals we share this land with whose lives have been impacted by human activity. Those impacts range from extinction to endangerment to overcrowding. We humans understand so little about how the ecosystems of the earth function with the loss or growth of each unique species of animals. Questions are important to us, and we believe in asking questions for which we do not have the answers.
